Information Law and Cyberspace Stream Call for Papers, Socio-Legal Studies Association, Stirling, 28-30 March 2006.
Recent decades have seen a phenomenal expansion in the extent and nature of the use of information technology and its impact upon our lives, with a corresponding expansion of all facets of the law in this field. This stream will feature papers within this area as very broadly defined.
As with previous years, papers will be invited for inclusion in a special edition of ‘Information & Communications Technology Law’ which will be edited by the stream organisers.
